Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with training peers and business partners to assess/analyze goals and objectives of learning priorities/projects.
- Manage end-to-end creation of training including design/development of content, assisting with business partner reviews, evaluation, and measurement. Assess and maintain quality of training content throughout the process based on established set of standards.
- Utilize design and publishing tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Snag-It, Microsoft Office, and more.
- Content Management - maintain existing content with an eye toward continuous improvement while adhering to content archival and upkeep SLAs.
- Designs and develops training in a variety of formats (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Audio, etc.) based on content provided by subject matter experts.
- Consults with team on design of course and offers insight or suggestions for using technology to meet learning goals.
- Verifies that the materials follow style guides and that the format is correct. Performs online course-ware testing.
- Manage multiple and evolving priorities, expectations and concerns working closely with the business partners and the team members in a focused and responsive manner.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in e-Learning and content development with understanding of training and design strategy
- Hands-on experience in Articulate 360 Suite (especially Storyline 360 and RISE)
- High level expertise in Microsoft Office products (Specially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Required Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent from a reputed university
- Excellent English language skillsboth written and spoken; as the role requires interaction with various business groups
- Highly innovativemust be able to come up with many ways of making content interactive
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Cross cultural competence
Preferred Qualification:
- A degree/certification in ID from a reputed institute would be preferred
- Experience in designing and developing learning solutions for Banking/Financial Institutions
- Basic graphic designing skills, including editing and photography touch-up
