Job Description

  • Responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews
  • Conduct Telephonic Interview.
  • End to End follow up with Candidate & process.
  • Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

  • Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, Employee reference in bulk hiring.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Work from office only
  • Minimum 2 years experience required

Qualification - MBA- HR

Gender - Only Female preferred
