Job Description

1. Evolving market segmentation and penetration strategies to achieve secured profitable business. 2. Meeting targets on monthly basis, sales forecasting and to keep track of competitor activities. 3. Regular reporting from direct reportees and managing their productivity with quality business. 4. Building relationship with local channels and Generate new business. 5. Sales of Personal Loan and Business Loan Product. 6. Cross sell of Insurance product.

7. Resolving customer service issues and queries, and following up with them to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norms.
