Job Title: Territory Manager for Bancassurance for Chennai + Pondicherry

1) Sitting branch is Chennai & Handling both Chennai + Pondicherry

2) Coimbatore + Salem

3) Karur + Madurai

1) Eligible criteria for Territory Manager or RSM /RSM to Bancassurance

• Candidates should have 8 plus yrs of exp in Bancassurance with a Degree graduate
• This is a team handling position, so candidates should have experience in team handling role & he has to drive his team members of 5 to 7 members .
• Candidates Should be in local or should be near to these locations
• Should have very good knowledge about current Bancassurance market in particular placed location
• One Territory Manager need to handle 35 to 40 LVB branches (LVB = Lakshmi Vilas Bank)
• He has to drive the team members & need to support for login the business.
• Should be ready to travel all allocated LVB branches.
• Manage the business relationship between PLIL and Identified Business Partner(s) by supporting & drive his team.
• Productivity of the Channel Partner as per the set business norms.
• Achieving the target by supporting & drive his team.
• Candidate should be working currently and should not be in job less.
