Designation- Manager - Training Job description-

• To train callers regarding the product and sales training.
• To help with refereshing the training programs.
• Maintaining the dashboard related to training sessions done.
• Specific training based on the Business heads requirements
• AML Training for all the employees periodically

Other Details-

• Flexible in terms of time
• Comfortable with 6 days working
• Good Communication Skills-English and Hindi
• Must be Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training
• Must have insurance background
• Sales training experience would be an added advantage
