Exp.: Min. 3-5 Years

Age Limit: Up to 32 yrs.

Qualification: Graduate BBA/MBA

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

Good knowledge of Payroll process, reimbursement process, ER activities, Employee grievances
Create an understanding of culture and values with employees
Engage in initiatives geared towards promoting our employment brand,
Drive an effective reward and recognition strategy that reinforces the culture and behaviors
Conducting Employee engagement activities and building employee relations
Managing day to day HR work such as attendance and leave, employee satisfaction surveys, responding to employee queries, etc.
Taking care of the medical insurance process of employees, claim settlement and renewal process.
Grievance handling, employee engagement, training & development will be part of the job role.
