Job Description

• Roles & Responsibility:

• Responsible for Process Audit and Product
• Conducting Supplier Audit, Part Process Audit, Supplier end.
• Compilation of Non conformance R its Follow-ups corrective action Implementation & Effective verification.
• Verification of Supplier Line rejection & Quality issued reported.
• DOL Direct on line Implementation & its sustenance monitoring.
• Supplier Quality MIS preparation, Supplier rejection data monitoring, must aware about process capabilities studies.
• Responsible for customer complain, & Warranty Part failure analysis.
• Awareness about Sheet metal, Casting, Fabrication, Machining & Forging process.
• Knowledge about Inspection of Components/Sub Assembly to done as per QAP.
• Daily MIS to be prepared for Spare Transfer.
• Knowledge about, Final inspection, line inspection, assembly line, fabrication line, welding shop, all quality documents work.
• Knowledge about reading and understand the Engineering Drawing, Geometrical dimensions and
• Implementation knowledge in Poka-yoke and responsible for Poka-yoke audit
• Knowledge and understanding of standard terminology (Process Flow, Check sheets and Operation Standards)
• Responsible for maintain quality documents.
• Knowledge in ISO related documentation for SPD Quality.
• Counter measures through process for direct customer quality
• Ensuring nonappearance SAP.
