Key Responsibilities
Managing the transaction processing activities Online Invoice Submission for vendors Reconciliation of Invoice submission Month close reconciliations Daily Invoice reconciliation Ensure quality and timely completion of deliverables Handle AR related Miscellaneous requests Understand end to end of transaction processing to execute and complete the deliverables on time Coordinate with the Global IT Support teams to resolve day to day process/system issues Recommend and implement best practices and techniques to produce improvements in efficiency Compliance to SLAs and SOX requirements Maintain 100% accuracy in all activities performed.
Academic & IT Skills required:
Should be a Graduate in commerce Good experience in MS Office Suite (Specifically Excel)
Other competencies & Soft skills required:
Should have minimum 3 years of experience Prior experience in AR related Data entry Eye for detail with strong problem solving skill Should be proficient at E-mail etiquette Able to work during extended hours if required Effective at Time Management
