Responsible for the complete management of sales targets and distribution for a particular Area within a region for entire range of products.
Responsible for Primary, Secondary sales for entire Districts and States.
Handling distributors, Appointment of Super Stockiest & CSA
Looking after major key accounts.
Negotiating & organizing makeover activities in all the Major accounts.
Develops sales strategies for his Area in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the region through his team of Front line field staff.
Manages the environment (Customers, Influencers). Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favourable manner.
Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities.
Liaisons with Trade Marketing teams and Area Sales Manager in rolling out promotional plans and product launches.
Co-ordinates with the overall Regional Sales Head to obtain the necessary support.
