Urgent opening for Hr recruiter Profile (Non IT recruitment)
Designation: Recruiter (Non IT)
Location: Mumbai,Borivali west (Nearby station)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year.
Qualification: min 12th passed or Graduate
Salary: upto 12k
Description:
- End to End recruitment
- IT recruitment
- Client coordination.
- Mass mailing to candidates.
- Working on Shine portal.
Designing job postings and posting it on various job portal viz. Naukri,Shine, Indeed,Quickr, Social Media. Ensure screening of candidates before the same are shared with the hiring manager. Arrange for interviews by coordinating schedules with candidate and hiring manager; ensure requisite feedback are recorded and provided to candidate / hiring manager. Maintain up-to-date recruitment database. End to End recruitment process to be followed. Coordinate with selected candidate to close salary negotiation, joining date, documents, etc. Successfully completed Business Development brought new clients on board.
