Job Description
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sale
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via phone calls and emails;
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Handling Call throughout India Online & Onsite.
- Answer phones calls / emails and provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
- Encourage existing channel partners and appropriate information.
- Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards
- Job Requirements:
- The candidate should have sound knowledge in Sales and B2B marketing
- Basic Qualification Graduation/MBA
- good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be flexible to work on field when required.
- Two wheeler mandatory for BDE profile
