Job Description
We are private limited company having registered office in Bangalore, India . Our main business is Export of Textiles ( yarns, fibers, raw cotton ,cotton waste etc ). For our Factory AT KACHOHALLI VILLAGE , BANAGLORE we are looking for
ACCOUNTS CUM BANKING EXECUTIVE /MANAGER
Location : Bangalore, INDIA
You are required to possess the following qualifications
- MALE /FEMALE (around 25- 35 years of age)
- Excellent communication skills in English , Hindi, kannada
- Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, email , and daily reporting . TALLY KNOWLEDGE
- Maintenance of business records with supporting , book keeping
- Preparation of financial statements , balance sheet, profit and loss
- Prepare supporting schedule ,
- Knowledge on making payments online /digital knowledge
- Handling compliance with banks /company secretary function
- Collections of GST bill from all relevant parties and prepare for gst refund
- Review accounts payable , purchase orders , cash receipts , business licenses , payroll , utility billings and other accounting records and transactions and ensure money is posted to correct accounts.
- minimizing cost for company
- Have presence of mind to handle situation intelligently & think quickly
