Graduation: Mandatory

Need to handle multiple branches and around 35 to 40 onroll team
Generate the business through them for health vertical

Heading Agency Channel for Bangalore

• Leading a large team of managers/sr managers/branch managers and fos for generating new business through Agency channel
• Meeting all sales target & recruitment target on month on month basis
• Motivating/ guiding & coaching the sales team and making leaders
• Carrier progression for team
• Ensuring process compliance
• Candidate who have good stability and currently in a leadership role please apply
