We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analysis.
Position: Business Analysis (RPA, Power Apps, Chatbot)
Experience: 5 Yrs to 10 Yrs
Location: Trivandrum/Kochi
5+yrs of specific experience in business analysis/consulting with good understanding of automation concepts like RPA, Power Apps, Chatbot etc.
Ability to handle business interactions with stake holders, understand process requirements
Strong process documentation ability with high level quality
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and driving client conversations
Good Understanding/exposure to Cognitive automation including RPA and cognitive/machine learning solutions
Desired to have some base understanding of HR related automation
Excellent computer skills - proficient in excel, PowerPoint, word and outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Experience in handling client communications from a functional perspective
Ability to work with project stakeholders & drive conversations
Persuasive with details and facts
Ability to analyse and suggest solutions
Essential skills and competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and develop automation solutions for CBS functions by working with different group of stake holders and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects with different stake holders and adhere to timelines
Have a good understanding of current available and upcoming tools and technologies in the market and build solutions based on the same
Understand various RPA tools and technology and build solutions
Create and present demos and participate in User acceptance testing plans
Work with Technical leads, architects and developers as part of project team on projects
Should have expertise in creating business requirement documents, business proposals etc
Should be able to work with a multi culture global teams and team virtually and build strong relationships
