Strong ability to create and manage program/project plans,timeliness,resource,risk/issue well documented and maintained using prescribed tools & Technologies
Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence with varied stake holder in the organization incl buss development IT,COO,IT dev,change management ,OPS
Process oriented, strong inclination to use STD tools and tech to manage and track all program artefacts.
Strong skills to manage the budget and the time burn downs and take corrective actions to keep it on track for the given projects.
Strong ability to program status dash boards with transparent view of overall status RAID/RAG.
Industry Exp (Must Have)
Relevant hands on experience 10-15yrs in any investment banking/capital Market industry
Should have hands on experience in leading investment bank or tier 1 organization
Should have exp in working in Global organisation.Banks with stake holder spread in the global location with different vested interest in program.
Domain Skill (Must have)
Should have exp in managing programs in investment banking/capital mkt domain
Should have exp in managing programs involving back office systems, incl corporate actions, settlements, payments, messaging systems.
Tools & Technologies (Must have)
Should have managed programs and projects using Microsoft technology stack ( .Net,.Net core,API,Messeging,Biztalk)
Should have hands on experience using tools like MS Projects, MS TFS, MS Excel & PPT.
