- Should be able to Lead a multi-faceted Cognizant / Oracle team across RMB, Legacy, DW for offshore locations

- Should have experience strong in the Insurance/ Finance Industry on Oracle RMB

- Should be able to work with onshore PM to ensure Schedule, Resource and Budgets are in control for successful project execution
