Job Purpose To retain members from cancelling their memberships by meeting and working on negativity they have about the membership
Job Responsibilities:
- To improve member retention rates across all touch points for branches
- To reduce overall cancellation Inflow by working on member negativity across various touch points
- Understanding Requirements, architecting and designing strategies for reducing member cancellations
- Reduce delinquency buckets of ASF overdue members by focusing on higher bucket collections
- Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with Sales team members and ensure all points discussed are responded to within agreed timeline
- Prepare and manage dashboards, analysis on various levels and share insights with business team as well to plan business accordingly
