We are hiring for one of our reputed clients for Counsellor Role. The Head office of our client is based at Mumbai, however, the branch offices are located within different cities including Delhi, Indore, Lucknow, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh,Pune, Patna etc.

As of now,we are hiring for Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Indore, and Lucknow Locations.

Thecompany is an initiative by Balaji Telefilmsaimed at creating and harnessing new talent in the field of Media & Entertainment. The company started the filming and performing arts courses and programs back in 2010. Since then, the institute has become the home of the finest faculties and learning resources in the industry.

Job Role: Counsellor
Salary 2-3.6LPA + Incentives
Workdays and off: 6 Days in a week - 1 rotational off
Job Timing 10 am-7 pm Fixed

Educational background:
Graduate and undergraduate both can apply

Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & convert them to enrollments.
2) Responsible for career counselling for prospective learners and their parents.
3) Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided.
4) Counsel students regarding the educational course and program selection and admission requirement.
5) Resolve student queries relating to the course.
6) Conducting Seminars/Workshops in colleges.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Prior experience of at least 2-5 years in counselling and admission of students.

2. Sales experience from education industry only.

3. Should be experienced in a customer-facing role.

4. Confident personality and good communication.
