Job Description
STEM Learning is looking for a Sales Support Associate to be an integral part of our Sales Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluating prospects on diverse parameters to assess priorities for the sales team.
- Working on email marketing and other lead generation activities to help the sales team with a pipeline.
- Recording all sales activities and organizing sales data for the analytics team to generate insights and enhance sales force productivity.
- Supporting the sales team through key planning and operations tasks.
- Be the point of contact between the Sales Head and Sales Team.
- Report writing and MOM scripting.
Candidate profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience into sales support functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner and have excellent analytical abilities to identify issues and bottlenecks.
- Must be a team-player who can drive peer-efforts towards a focussed goal.
