Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and managing selling cycle - B2B selling
Target segments:
New residential projects
New Institutional projects Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Projects, Educational Institutions etc
Landscape Renovation in old projects
Municipal corporation Open public spaces for recreational use (both with corporation engineers, contractors, sub-contractors)
Educational Qualification:
Graduate. Diploma/Degree in civil engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
Sales experience in building materials like cement, concrete, steel, wall finishes, paint, tiles, fittings/fixtures etc.
Should have good exposure in Navi Mumbai/Thane market with builders, architects, consultants, corporation etc.
Candidate Profile:
Must be very number driven and achievement orientated towards monthly sales targets.
Must have very good communication and presentation skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office is a must.
Compensation Offered:
(Salary Range) Fixed + Incentive. Not a constraint for the right candidate. Overall CTC range
between 3 to 5 lacs based on candidate experience.
