Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Will have to train candidates on English, Phonetics, Customer Service and Culture
- Will have to perform one-on-one training
- Will have to conduct remote training
- Will have to structure and manage the content development for training delivery and one-on-one training
- Will have to implement an effective training curriculum
- Will have to conduct communication and soft skills evaluations
- Will have to keep updated with the new training methods and techniques
- Will have to create an effective learning environment
Skills required capturing this opportunity:
- Excellent communication, verbal, listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command on language (English) and proficient knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, spellings and vocabulary
- Ability to speak clearly and fluently
- Effective training skills: ability to teach and train other individuals
- A proper understanding and knowledge of correct accents
- Self-confidence along with the ability to imbibe the same in others
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must have ability to simplify the content
- Excellent probing and problem solving and feedback skills
