Roles and Responsibilities;-


- Build a strong team of sales representatives & distributors by enriching them with appropriate knowledge and skills.


- Planning of different strategies, get it approved from management and ensure smooth execution by the team.


- Review all the activity performed by the team and ensure regular updates in the system.


- To ensure service standards are maintained.


- Deliver presentations to clients and distributors for business development.


- Ensure sales targets are achieved with maximum output from the team.


- To ensure the compliance standards are adhered by the team.-
