An Assistant Housekeeper is familiar with all duties of the housekeeping department, and is responsible for hiring and training of staff and planning their work schedules.
The role includes maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation in public as well as back-of-house areas. Maintenance issues with furniture, fittings and equipment are immediately reported to the head of department.

Coach the team for service performance
Conduct staff performance assessment process
Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in business unit
