The position holder shall be responsible for understanding and evolving changing customer needs while ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction in stipulated time frame.
Job Summary:
1. Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while upselling.
2. Clarify customer doubts, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or issues
3. Meet customer requirements through first - contact resolution
4. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
5. Knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call.
6. Experience in client handling and product selling.
7. Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets
Experience:
