Timing : 10 to 7 PM

Industry : Fabric and Poly bag Manufacture

Job Description :

Factory opening & Closing monitoring
before closing the factory , all door, window, electric matter checking.
Monitoring security and answer.
Factory cleaning & house keeping of the zone.
Transport movement, parking arrangement & fuel for transport.
Looking wastage goods.
Workers collection for recruitment and maintaining recruitment procedure.
Maintaining leave record.
Salary sheet checking before payment and sign, PF, ESIC, Payroll, Eployee Engagement
Maintaining workers discipline.
Preparing disciplinary action related paper.
Checking license date, fire extinguisher refilling date and ensuring all necessary documents are available.
Arrangement of transport for sick worker if needed.
