Job Description

Technical Knowledge & Skills -


Knowledge of AWS, IT applications, processes, software, and equipment.
Knowledge of Linux system monitoring and analysis and Networking (DNS, TCP/IP).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in ICT, including AWS, servers, desktops, and networks.
Ability to recognize trends and determine the root cause of problems through analysis and structured thought.

Dev Ops Skills -


Provide secure operations within client environments.
Core understanding of Dev Ops technologies within AWS.
Execute scripts and adapt scripts for automation when necessary.

AWS certification (One or more of below)

o AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification.
o AWS Developer Associate Certification.
o AWS SysOps Administrator Associate Certification.

Communication Skills -


Excellent communication skills: Ability to comfortably provide technical support over the phone; previous customer service experience.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Attention to detail and an ability to keep detailed documentation updated and accurate.



Desired Skills:


  • Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows system monitoring and analysis and Networking (DNS, TCP/IP).
  • Ability to recognize trends and determine the root cause of problems through analysis and structured thought.
  • Use GIT repositories daily to commit technical work products (Cloudformation templates and scripts).
  • Develop succinct documentation for technical work products that explains why they were developed that way and how to use them.
