Handling Incoming calls related to Product Details.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
Keep records of calls and leads and note useful information.
Understand Client requirement and pitch accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Experience -6 mnth telecalling(Preferred)

Education: -Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
