Job Description

Desired candidate would be responsible for all HR planning and HR management for the factory.

He would be responsible to hire / plan for any manpower requirement, as and when it may arise.

He would maintain attendance of all workers and staff and would fulfill all their statutory compliances.

He would organize trainings to educate manpower to adhere to all company regulations.

He would interact with labour contractors and plan for labour hiring as and when required.

He would maintain laisoning with the labour department to adhere to all statutory compliances.
