Team management
1.Excellent relationship management skills with peers.
2.Recruitment and training of the relationship officers and motivating and leading them
from the front.
3.Upgrade the existing Current Account of Merchants and ensure incremental floats being
maintained by them in the POS linked current accounts Business development

1.Cross Selling Products like -Auto Loan, Working Capital,Term Loan, LAP, Business Loan
and Gold Loan to the existing Merchants
2.Enroll Existing Merchants with high Foreign Card Volumes like Hotels, High-end Apparel
stores for DCC and Increasing the DCC Penetration in the Portfolio.

RequirementS:-
Candidate should have relevant experience in sales with proven track record.
Should posses excellent communication skills.
Relationship handling and management skills.
