Job brief
We are looking for a talented Branch manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Position Profile:
The Branch Manager is a leadership position and shall be the Profit Center Head for the Branch. He /she shall be reporting to the Head - Marketing and Sales and shall be responsible for:
1. Achieve Sales and Revenue targets for the Branch.
2. Do market analysis and develop marketing and business development
strategies for all product categories and implement them.
3. Develop and maintain public relations and conduct promotional activities.
4. Ensure company standards and processes are followed.
5. Ensure good customer service & satisfaction levels are maintained and
improved at the branch.
6. Lead, manage, train and motivate the team at the branch towards higher
productivity.
7. Maintain and improve the Brand Equity of the Company at the branch.
Candidate Profile
1. The candidate must be a graduate and preferably be a post-graduate in
management studies.
2. Must have anywhere between 5 to 10 years of experience in Business
Development and Sales, preferably in the Education industry.
3. Must have good analytical and reasoning skills.
4. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
5. Good PR and selling skills.
6. Good leadership and delegation skills.
