Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Preparation and filing of Income tax returns and other statutory returns relating to Income tax.
MIS Related - Actual vs. Budget Variance Analysis, Monthly Sales / Revenue analysis & expenses trending analysis, Debtors & Creditors ageing analysis
Preparation and filing of TDS returns and providing TDS certificates for employee and vendors
Advance Tax and deferred tax computation, Income tax computation on quarterly basis .
Transfer pricing computation and tax holiday units exemption.
Responsible to legally minimise tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.
Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals.
Ensure changes in Income tax rules have been implemented in system.
Knowledge of FEMA, Taxation(Direct and Indirect), Laws and procedures for amalgamation/mergers, de mergers and acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant with proven 7-14 Years of relevant work experience
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, softwares and databases
Ability to use large amounts of data to analyses
Proven knowledge of Taxation, practices, standards, laws and regulations
