Job Description
Duties
- Close cooperation with the accounting company. (Collection and Delivery of invoices, payment and invoice matching, payment dates)
- Performing office tasks such as filing, generating presentations, processing the incoming mails (in*o@...).
- Screening phone calls (Manager & 3rd parties) and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by setting up meetings.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Key usage of CRM (Pylon) training of newcomers support and back up.
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
- Create, send, follow up and file invoices.
- Processing expenses sheets.
- Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- File and update digital or non digital records of employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Coordinate, follow-up and notify the manager training sessions.
- Perform Staff duties (if necessary).
- Assist colleagues.
People from Entertainment background or Cinema house would be preferred
