Job Description

  • Must have experience of Talent mapping
  • Expert in extracting profiles from portals - Candidate search, Boolean search
  • Knowledge of creating Job description & specifications
  • Hands-on with sourcing strategies; Headhunting, Social media sites, Referrals, Speculative sourcing,
  • Job portals, Personal recruiter network
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficient with Data Handling and logical reasoning.
  • Screen the profiles received and shortlist the relevant ones
  • Schedule interviews & coordinate with shortlisted candidates
  • Perform reference and background checks (if required)
  • Document & report the entire recruitment process
  • Maintain the database of candidates and recruitment records
  • Managing full cycle recruiting process for the organization's current requirements ensuring a smooth
  • and positive candidate experience.
  • Interacting with Business Head to understand the perspectives of the role and role dimensions
  • Building a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement
  • Planning and executing campus hiring events
  • Coordinating & Generating offer letters to hired candidates.
  • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Handling and Managing "Training and Development Process" for all employees.

Required Candidate profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment function for any corporate
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in Excel is a must and fair knowledge in operating
  • Should have good exposure in hiring
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office, MS Office Suit
  • Comfortable with working within stringent deadlines
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Smart and enthusiastic with a drive to take initiatives
  • Hands on experience of sourcing via various channels
  • Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills
  • Demonstrate knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements
