Job description:

Advanced delivery skills including training, facilitating, and mentoring capability Quick learner with technical aptitude (ability to learn new technologies with ease).
Deliver quality training on Soft Skills with effective communication skills & required etiquette
To ensure high quality of training.
Maintenance of high training quality.
Providing end to end teaching to various segments as well as taking sessions on your areas of expertise across batches for IELTS. This will include all 4 skills - Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking.
Dealing with Special Courses like Personality Development and Interview Skills. Knowledge of products like Voice & Accent Neutralization: Phoneme &Sounds, pronunciation, voice clarity and fluency will be beneficial.
Conduct classroom activities to improve learning through innovative and interactive ways.
Regular evaluation of student scores and designing of remedial plans on one to one basis.
Track performance of students from enrollment till end of session.
Know to provide excellent training to students on Interview Skills, Personality Grooming & personality development content.
Can deliver Train The Trainer (TTT) training to candidates.
Having sound knowledge on IELTS
