Amazing opportunity for Graduates freshers & experience to WFH for Technical voice process

• BE, B. Tech (Computers & E&TC will be preferred), MCA, MCM, BCA and BSc (Other graduates with relevant experience / knowledge can also apply)

Roles & responsibilities

• Role is providing technical support L 1.5 / 2 Technical Troubleshooting for telecom customers
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies VPN & AD etc.
• Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets
• Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls / making outbound calls. Calls may be required to interact with End customers/Technicians/Other teams
• Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays), based on business needs
