Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Handling team and delegating work as per instructions; Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Take care of professional and personal profile
  • The candidate should be bold and smart.
  • Director Travel and accompaniment.
  • Responsible for attending and taking minutes of meeting when required including senior management meetings, coordinate agendas and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Drafting letters, emails and other documents; experience of data handling and necessary IT systems and Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Being the first point of contact for all communication to the Director, filtering communication and dealing with enquiries directly where appropriate
  • Manage the Director diary including meeting, facilitating travel arrangements and liaising with internal and external participants
  • Ensure the efficient management of information, including making certain that electronic and paper records systems are well maintained
  • Work in close collaboration with the other staff with regard to general office matters and ensure continuity of support
  • Provide a high quality administrative support to the Director, compiling information and drafting high quality documents
  • Experience of collating information and producing high quality correspondence, reports and presentations Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment
  • Organize Meetings, events and conferences
  • Type, Compile and Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Manage databases and Filing systems
  • Liaison with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Must have good communication skill and computer knowledge, pleasing personality
  • Interacting with suppliers & clients.
  • Co-ordinate with all team member in the organization and complete the given responsibilities assigned by top management
