Roles and responsibilities:
- Diagnosed and resolved customer technical issues via phone and web Support included Lenovo and Motorola devices
- Monitored company performance against service level agreements and communicated any issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and other general account inquiries over the phone.
Required:
- Should be flexible with rotational Shifts
- Good English Communication Skills
- Experience in BPO (0-5yrs)
Qualifications
Certificate Course (ITI), Diploma, B.Com, BA, MA, BBA/BBM, BCA, BE/B.Tech, MBA/PGDM, BSc, MCA, MSc, 12th Pass (HSE)
