Urgent Opening- Supervisor @ Ecom Express

Job Description

MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS:

1. Ensure the shift runs on time.

2. Ensure handle all the exceptions of previous shift to make smooth operation.

3. Monitoring & ensure that inbound/outbound & sorting operations must be run smoothly.

4. Ensure handling staffs and define job in their respective shift.

5. Maintaining proper Records and MIS.

6. Planning & co-ordination between other departments and maintain cut-offs of schedule networks in their shift (network vehicles/airport operation (cargo booking and retrieval & hub fleets).

QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Essential

• Bachelors Degree (Any Discipline)

Preferred

• Excel Skills

MS Office

ESSENTIAL / LIKELY EXPERIENCE

Essential

• 1 to 3 Years experience in Supervisory role of a logistics company.

Preferred

Experience in similar industry preferred
