We have urgent opening for Datacenter Admin for our esteemed client Wipro @ Jaipur & Hyderabad location, please find the below skill which we are looking for it on urgent basis:-

Job description:
- The DC Operations team has responsibility for 24X7 operations
- Must have worked on passive cabling for 3years
- Data Center Operations Admin plays a role with a primary focus on managing day to day operations of ICICI Data Centre / DR
- This person will work with various stakeholders IMSG, Vendors (Electrical, HVAC, etc.), and Technology Infrastructure Group (TIG) teams (within DC/DR) to support Data Centre operations
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or related field
- 3 + years of total experience, with expertise in two or more technologies mentioned in section
- At least 2 years of managing IT Operations (Datacenter) preferably in a larger organization. Must have worked for Bank
- Conceptual knowledge of monitoring tools
- Exposure to managing Infrastructure Teams
- Experience in dealing with Data Center and IT operational environment
- Ability to set processes to manage the high transactional oriented environment for seamless operations.
- Experience in working in a highly robust & dynamic technology environment
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced team environment, and possess very good communication skills.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Rack mounting, Commissioning / Decommission of IT hardware
- Manage day to day operations using the DCIM tools & Preventive checks, Temp, Cooling, Safety / Security & maintain Hygiene
- Work with IMSG to manage Electrical / UPS, HVAC, and other Data Centre performance parameters are monitored and tracked
- Plan and co-ordinate Maintenance / other support activities (UPS / electrical etc.)
- Compile, maintain and share performance reports and metrics with various stakeholders, on a regular interval
- Certifications ITIL, CDCP, CDCS, other IT infra professional certifications
- Proven understanding of Data Centre Best practices and TIA-942 /Uptime and other standards
- Awareness and working knowledge of DCIM tools
Desired Technical Proficiencies:
Exposure and understanding of two or more of the IT Infra technologies
- LAN / WAN
- Operating Systems: Basic Knowledge of Solaris, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows
- Databases: Basic Knowledge of DB
- Storage: Basic Knowledge SAN and NAS technologies
- Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP
- Microsoft Technologies: Basic Knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange
- Tools: MS Visio, MS Project, MS Office
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Must work well in a team environment with high individual productivity with a can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to work in (24*7) shifts
- Data Centre Passive infrastructure, knowledge on Cooling / Containment, Electrical, Air purification, firefighting, etc.
- Proven understanding and experience of Data Centre Cabling and labeling standards
- Expertise in Rack Mounting of Servers, Storage, Network equipment and other hardware
- Manage partners/outsourcing vendors efficiently so that the outsourced resources are of high quality and well utilized.
- Introduce new processes/systems and/or redefine existing processes to align with changing business/technology needs.
