Job Description ( Tele collections)

• Tele-callers for Online collection of dues in banking products like loans and cards.
• Training will be provided for a week and they should complete certification
• Should be able to meet the targets assigned to them
• Monthly incentives from 5K to 10K possible as per target achievement
• Ensure providing accurate information while assisting customers
• Strictly adheres to Company Policies and Practices.

Desired Profile:

Graduate/ Post Graduate

English and Hindi language proficiency is mandatory with other regional language preferable.
