Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conducting Daily SCRUM meeting
Co-ordinate with Proposal and sales team to solve issues
Study orders and extract all issues and ensure they are revolved
prior to material being received so invoicing does smoothly
Conducting internal meeting to give live status
Engage with customers to keep them updated constantly on status of their goods
Look after the stores and dispatches
Ensure a good working culture that is customer focused
Monthly Billing plan and other Reporting
Making Internal work Orders after PO.
Registering POs with our principles
Co-coordinating with Principles for OA / Dispatch
All import activities High Sea sales / freighting / custom clearance etc.
