Leading Bank require quality analyst. The primary role of a quality analyst would be:-

1. Provide training to that employee who join for a voice or a verification process.

2. Maintain their records.

3. Rectify the voice error.

4. Make them able to provide right information to customer.

5. Improve their convencing power.
