Job Title: Senior Developer / Designer 

Job Location: Gurgaon

Salary :As per market standard

Experience: 5+ years of programming experience, 3+ years experience developing in UIPath

Senior Developer / Designer Responsible for Design, development and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath
What you will get to do:

• Create design documents, implement complex automation, and support the deployment of solutions to various environments following agile methodologies
• Own the design of automation and communicate the design to junior developers
• Coach / mentor junior staff
• Help come up with best practices and constantly refine best practices
• Perform code reviews to enforce best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendation to on-board the solution into the organization
• Evaluate existing applications, systems, and processes for automation opportunities; and create feasibility assessment
• Evaluate use of APIs, instead of using UI to perform the automation
• Develop reusable components
• Help standup the UiPath environment in the cloud

What you will bring to the table:

• A bachelors degree with 5+ years of programming experience
• 3+ years experience developing in UiPath, including experience in process analysis, solution design, coaching junior developers using agile methodologies.
• Experience developing automations with applications rendered in Citrix and extracting data from scanned images
• Experience in performing code reviews with automation developers to ensure adherence to solution design and best practices
• Highly self-motivated to deliver both independently and with strong team collaboration
• Skill with staging and deploying the automation solution into test and live environments and provide post-production support
• Healthcare experience and UiPath certification a plus

• Manage all technical aspects of the automation delivery life cycle to meet enterprise goals.
• Design, and develop complex automation using standards and best practices following agile methodologies.
• Deliver high quality code that ensures low maintenance and stability of automations being developed
• Develop reusable components

• A bachelors degree with 3+ years of programming experience
• 1+ years experience developing in UiPath, including experience in process analysis, solution design
• Familiarity with developing automation within a Citrix environment
• Highly self-motivated to deliver both independently and with strong team collaboration
• Healthcare experience and UiPath certification a plus
