We are hiring for Managers at all levels for KGF [Kollar Gold Fields] Location.

Position- Retail Stores Managers- [SM,ASM,Floor Incharge,Supervisor). Hiring for 5 Managers .
Qualification: Any Graduation.
Experience: 04 to 10 years
Job Location: Kollar Gold Fields [KGF], Karnataka.
Job Description
1. Managing and training the store team effectively and ensure there is no attrition take place.
2. Adhere to the Company sops and daily work plan.
3. Daily floor walk and maintaining hygiene standards in the store.
4. To achieve the revenue and gross margin targets for the categories managed
5. To optimize the store display stock and back-store inventory to increase the stock turns for the category
6. To ensure effective stock and visual merchandising including product label, accurate and updated prices, special/periodic promotional offers, point-of-purchase promotional materials, sales planning.
7. Monitor sales figures vis--vis plan/forecast and interpret trends to facilitate inventory planning along with the Sales Manager/Buyer.
8. Work closely with the buying team to ensure a 100% fill rate at the store. *To ensure shrinkage on the floor is minimized as per company guideline.
9. Conduct market surveillance for category managed in terms of competitor's product and model mix, selling prices, promotional offers, visual merchandising, customer traffic/footfalls and implements the best practices on the floor with the cooperation of Buyers.
10. Gather consumer data for feedback
11. Sales staff are trained and constantly updated
12. Product knowledge, brand differentiation
13. Handle all the customer queries and concerns.
14. Handling FSQA and Safety audits by the internal auditor.
15. Make sure that the operations run smoothly on a day to day basis.
