Job Summary:
The Visual Designer plays an integral role in the creative design, visualization, and execution of graphical user interfaces for enterprise applications and digital products/experiences. This role encompasses collaboration with user experience designers, product teams, application development teams, and key stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, aesthetically-pleasing, innovative, and functional mobile/web products & solutions. The ability to bring vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated. The designer should be able to standardize the visual elements to work on a common design language in the form of a design system. One of the key aspects of this role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design, and technology; serving the brands purpose and mission.

Job Description:
- Strong visualization and conceptualization skills required.
- A good hands-on experience of designing, maintaining, and implementing design systems with precision from start to finish including the execution of design in the development phase.
- Excellent control and command of visual design aesthetics and principles. Focus on practicing this knowledge to multi-channel digital experiences.
- An eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality with speed and productivity should be able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into understandable and systematic solutions.
- Strong ideation skills and competency in storytelling to demonstrate ideas to clients and other stakeholders.
- Should have a good understanding of responsive, fluid & adaptive design approaches.
- Proficiency in visual and interactive tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Capable to function independently and collaboratively as per the need of a team environment.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, able to handle work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
Education and Qualification:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Visual Designer. With substantial experience in enterprise and mobile applications.
- Degree in design/visual arts or equivalent portfolio and experience.
- Knowledge of product design, visual communication, and usability best practices is required.
- Must have good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- An excellent online portfolio exhibiting all of the above.
