Job Title/Designation: Sales Executive/BDE
Job Description:
Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for
prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
Align the business needs of customers and prospects to a technical solution, and present the
solution to the customer in terms of business benefit.
Design solutions for customers and document the scope of projects, detailing the work to be
done and outlining both Total Communications and customer responsibilities
Develop accurate bill of materials and pricing documents to meet the requirements of the
project scope.
Will be accountable for managing the presales life cycle
Conduct presentations to customers both in person and using telepresence and other
collaboration tools to increase customer understanding of the business benefits of our
solutions.
Fixing appointments with new clients and meeting them in person
Provide after sales support to the clients
Develop and maintain relationships with the Clients technical representative to ensure clear
and consistent communication of the requirements and proposed offering.
Assist in driving overall revenue and increase profitability.
Build strong relationships internally with sales, relationship managers, product and support
groups with a team first mentality. Prepare implementation plans and transition
product/service/solution to appropriate delivery teams.
Involve in preparing proposals for the generated enquiries
Follow-up with OEMs to lock the case & to get the design and pricing
Prepare Costing Sheet by getting competitive rates from vendors
Prepare quotations by referring to Product Literature, Price Lists and Costing Sheet
Submission of quotation by mail and/or organizing submission in-person, as the case may
Pre - Tender work: Checking Eligibility Criteria, Technical specification of products, BOM
& BOQ, EMD, intimating client of our Expression of Interest to participate, preparing Techno-
Commercial queries, reminding engineer's for pre- bid meeting participation etc.
Candidate Profile:
Good communication skills in both English & Tamil.
Experience: 0 to 4 years
Age Limit: 20-27.
Annual CTC: Rupees 1,50,000 to 3,25,000
