Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Day to day handling of IT Infrastructure complaints with resolution.
Provide first and second level support.
IT assets management (Hardware & Software).
Server management
Administration and maintenance of Disaster Recovery site

Desired Candidate Profile

Standard X or XII with a Diploma / BE / B.Tech / EC or any Degree related to Computers, from a recognized institute.
Should have a work experience of at least 2-3 years on computer hardware, Windows related applications & Networking knowledge.
Preferably should be a certified engineer from a reputed IT company.
Good interpersonal, Problem solving, written & verbal communication skills are essential.
Should have a good customer focus.
