Job Purpose:
To lead a team of outstanding relationship managers and effectively manage and coach them towards achieving sales targets; make powerful sales presentations in different settings and close sales; and successfully resolve team and member conflicts.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Leading a team of Relationship Managers.
2. Achieving stretched targets and managing sales in a result-focused environment
3. Making effective sales presentations and closing deals thereby training team members to become effective sales personnel.
4. Manage complete venue sales for the location.
5. Resolving team and member/ customer conflicts.
6. Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
7. Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
8. Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning of sales operations
9. Maintaining own awareness of product in order to sell effectively.
10. Training, motivating, grooming and coaching team members.
Candidate Specification:
Graduate/ MBA graduates with 5-8 years of experience in sales team handling may apply. Candidate should also have direct sales experience. Candidates from timeshare, membership sales, telecom are preferred. Team handling experience is a must.
