Designation Development Manager
Salary package:
3LPA (fixed)for Delhi, Faridabad, Noida, Gurugram Location.
2.5LPA for Rajasthan locations
3000 Rs per month conveyance allowance plus huge incentives
DIRECT PAYROLL OF EDELWEISS TOKIO
Educational Background: Minimum 12th pass
Experience:
The candidate must have experience in any field sales role of 3 years
OR
The candidate must have his own business which he must have been running for the last 3-4 years. The candidate must be filling ITR
The business can be of any kind for example Coaching centre, manufacturing unit, home tuitions, tuitions, Restaurant, Caf, Dhaba, etc. Any type of business owners is welcome to join.
OR
LIC agents working on a commission basis, any other life insurance agents working on a commission model. Must be filling ITR and must have commission statements.
Eligibility:
1. Must have own conveyance
2. Must be residing within the same city for the last 5 years
3. Must not be a job hopper
4. Married preferred
5. Must have good social connections
Job Role:
1. Hire and recruit commission agents to sell insurance policies
2. The candidate will be responsible to grow the agency channel
3. Area Mapping to connect more and more agents with Edelweiss channel
4. Training and certification of the hired agents
THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT HAVE TO SELL INSURANCE ON HIS OWN
The candidate must be ready to join immediately
The candidate must have all the relevant documents of past experience and education
