Brief JD
Engaging with distributors (IFA / Banks / NDs) to garner sales.
Manage direct selling to cater to the HNI customers in the area.
Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts
Identify & empanel new IFA in the area.
Handle branch IR & DS activities with the help of office staff / trainee
Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill
Generating business by motivating the channel partners residing in the allotted regions.
Ensuring the branches performance in all the parameters with 100% target achievement.
Work closely with the distributors in the assigned locations and supervise the operations of trainees.
Provide required service to clients / distributors through various support functions.
Educating distributors on new products (NFO) by seminars and presentations.
Provide value Added services like daily market updates, product & return update of various schemes to distributors.
Qualification- MBA
Experience5-8 years of Mutual fund sales experience
